Executive Director
Lytane Bolzle brings more than 25 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care, with a career dedicated to serving seniors and their families. A Certified Assisted Living Manager since 2001, Lytane has held a variety of roles throughout her career, growing from hands-on resident care to executive leadership. With a deep passion for creating communities where seniors feel valued, cared for, and at home, Lytane is honored to lead The Lodge and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Brittany has been a proud part of the “Lodge Family” for nearly a decade. Throughout her journey, she has found true joy in helping seniors navigate their next chapter and supporting families as they begin that journey together. For Brittany, being part of someone’s journey means more than helping them find a place to call home- it means taking the time to listen, understand what matters most, and help create a next chapter that feels right for them and their family.
